What do you need?

Having successfully completed the 2-day intensive training is highly recommended before attempting this course.

This one day advanced modeling course is open for those who have successfully completed the two day intensive training course or those with an acknowledged understanding of the modeling procedures using COMSOL Multiphysics. Subjects treated are:

  • PDEs: background and stabilization techniques
  • Higher order PDEs and ODE control
  • Solving large models
  • Weak form modeling

Ad van der Linden
COMSOL BV

MSc Applied Physics. Ad joined COMSOL in July 2008. Work experience in both industry (Oxford Instruments, UK) and research (FOM). Specialised in electromagnetism and FEM.

Course Fee

€ 600 per person.
€ 300 per person for those eligible for academic discounts.

Required Background

This course is suited for anyone with sufficient experience in using COMSOL Multiphysics. Such experience can be gained by first attending the 2-day intensive traiing course.
